Some doors have the brand at the top corner of the door on the upper hinge. Some doors place the branding on the corner of their window.

It is best to use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware. Replacement parts should match the brand of the original door they will be applied to.

DoorParts.com expressly warrants that its parts carry a 1 year warranty from date of shipment, for failure or defect of workmanship. Insulated Glass carries a 10 year warranty for breach of all hermitic seal.

If the product is damaged or malfunctioning, please call doorparts.com to discuss instructions on returning your product(s) and sending you a replacement. Please note you must first call (800) 960-1679 to receive an "RGA" (Return Good Authorization Number) in order for us to properly process your return. If you think the product is damaged due to shipping, please be sure to sign the delivery receipt – DAMAGED. All components being returned that are neither damaged nor malfunctioning will require a 30% restocking fee.
